Reservations

 

By booking a tour with Go Sahara Morocco (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all participants included in the booking.


Booking Process & Payments

 

Once you approve the final itinerary and quoted price, we will issue a detailed confirmation along with an invoice. To confirm your booking, we typically require a 25% deposit. We accept:

  • Visa / Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Payment schedule:

  • Deposit (approx. 25%): Due at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance: Payable locally before or on the day of the tour


Private Tours, Day Trips & Activities

 

  • Balance may be paid in cash (Euros, USD, GBP, or Moroccan Dirhams)

  • Payments via PayPal or credit card are accepted, with a 5% processing fee (to be settled before departure)


Shared Group Tours, Day Trips & Activities

 

  • Balance is due on-site before the tour begins

  • If you choose to pay the remaining balance by PayPal or card prior to arrival, an additional 20% VAT + 5% processing fee will apply


Modifications to Bookings

 

We aim to accommodate changes without extra cost. However, if you request changes less than 15 days before departure, modifications may not be possible. Please inform us in writing as soon as you wish to make any updates. If changes cannot be arranged, you may either continue with the original booking or cancel (see our cancellation terms below).


Cancellation Policy

 

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on how many days in advance you cancel prior to the tour start date:

Private Desert Tours

  • More than 7 days: Full deposit refunded

  • Less than 7 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee

Shared Desert Tours

  • More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded

  • Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee

Private Day Trips & Activities

  • More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded

  • Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee

Shared Day Trips & Activities

  • More than 2 days: Full deposit refunded

  • Less than 2 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee


Unforeseen Circumstances

 

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or activity due to events beyond our control. In such cases, all payments including deposits will be refunded in full. However, we are not liable for additional costs or compensation. This includes natural disasters, extreme weather, war, strikes, political unrest, or public health emergencies.


Special Requests

 

If you have dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or require special accommodations (e.g. wheelchair access), please inform us in writing before booking. We will do our best to meet all reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee all preferences can be fulfilled. No refunds are given if requests cannot be met.


Child Policy

 

For the comfort of all guests, children under 12 are not permitted on shared group desert tours or day trips. They are, however, welcome on:

  • Private Morocco desert tours

  • Private Marrakech day trips

  • Shared half-day activities like camel rides and quad biking

We reserve the right to refuse participation with no refund if a child’s age was misrepresented during booking.


Travel Insurance

 

We do not provide travel insurance. It is your sole responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical treatment, lost luggage, delays, and personal accidents.


Our Responsibility

 

We are committed to providing high-quality service as described in your confirmed itinerary. If part of your travel arrangements is not delivered as promised and we or our partners are at fault, we may offer compensation up to the amount paid for that service. However, we assume no responsibility for injury, illness, death, or loss resulting from causes beyond our control.


Travel Documentation

 

You are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. It is your responsibility to obtain visas, if required.


Privacy & Data Protection

 

We take your privacy seriously. All personal details you provide will be used solely for organizing your travel arrangements and shared only with vendors when necessary (e.g. hotels, transport providers). By booking with us, you consent to this data sharing.


Complaints

 

If you encounter any issues during your tour, please speak directly with your driver, guide, or accommodation host to resolve the matter quickly. If the issue persists, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at (+212) 6 64 56 92 95 , and we will take action to assist.
