2. Our Services

Go Sahara Morocco specializes in organizing private desert tours, camel treks, and customized travel experiences throughout Morocco. All tours are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment.

3. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash in Morocco.
• All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or USD or Euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within less than 7 days may result in partial or no refund.
• No refund is given for no-shows or early departures during a tour.

5. Travel Insurance

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel and medical insurance before participating in any tour. Go Sahara Morocco is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety reasons. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative or a refund.

7. Liability

Go Sahara Morocco shall not be held liable for any delays, accidents, injuries, or loss of property during the trip. We ensure the highest safety standards and work only with trusted local partners and drivers.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, and videos on GoSaharaMorocco.com are the property of Go Sahara Morocco and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law, and any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Marrakech.
