How do I confirm my booking?
Once you submit the booking form or contact us via email/WhatsApp, we’ll send you a confirmation message with tour details and a secure payment link or deposit instructions (if required).
How long will it take to receive a response?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours — often much sooner. For urgent requests, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp for faster replies.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For most multi-day tours, we may ask for a small deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) on arrival.
Are your tours private or shared?
We offer both private and shared tours, depending on your preference and availability. Private tours offer a more personalized experience, while shared tours are a great budget-friendly option for meeting fellow travelers
